  Monorail Parts

I'm planning to make a model of the Jacksonville Skyway, and I'm using monorail parts for it. I'm not good at editing parts, and I don't understand what to do with subparts. Could somebody email me or post monorail files? John Henry Kruer (23 years ago, 17-Feb-02, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

3069bps2.dat, 1x2 tile - SW Avionics (Twin-Pod Car) pattern  [DAT]

I recently picked up the Twin-Pod Cloud Car set to have the new rounded slopes, so that I could encode them. This set also has a new pattern for the 1x2 tile, showing some buttons and a sensor/radar scope. I went ahead and encoded this new pattern. (...) (23 years ago, 16-Feb-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Re: 2865.dat - 9V straight track re-release

(...) This will be done, no problem. (...) So the easiest way is : 1) remove all the sub-file "call's " from the main file 2) move the whole main file to a sub-file,(for example 2865S05.dat) 3) create a new mainfile where i "call" all the different (...) (...) Wow, cool! It looks great! It looks like y'all have a done a very nice job on a complex part. (...) Right now, I've just a couple of small details... Hi, This is a re-release of the earlier posted 2865.dat file from abouth 2 years ago.   Re: upload one main file & 4 subparts

(...) You can turn the files into an MPD. The layout of an MPD is like: 0 FILE mainfile.dat <contents of mainfile.dat> 0 FILE subfile1.dat <contents of subfile1.dat> 0 FILE subfile2.dat <contents of subfile2.dat> 0 FILE subfile3.dat <contents of (...)   Re: upload one main file & 4 subparts

(...) Ludo, The short answer is, "one (file/message) at a time"... Create five separate messages, uploading one file per message.   Re: New stud 4 primitive for plates with holes  [DAT]

New stud 4 primitive for plates with holes  [DAT]

Here is a new version of the stud 4 primitive for use in technic plates and other parts with holes in the plates. By including the ndisks into the primitive they can be ommited from the part thus saving space, the bad news is that when you turn (...)   Re: New Part: 168135a.dat - Sticker Technic Supercar 4x4x4 Logo

(...) Hmm. I opened this in LDLite 2.4, put it into 'twirl mode', and there was some serious bleedthru at various (odd) angles. I didn't try twirling the original (1LDU-high) file. LDraw and LEdit handled the file just fine. But I didn't try to (...) (23 years ago, 6-Feb-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: New Part: 168135a.dat - Sticker Technic Supercar 4x4x4 Logo  [DAT]

I made some modification: 1. Changed the filename as Steve suggested. 2. Reduced the thickness (thinness? :-))of the thin box to 0.25 LDU as Bernd Broich suggested. In L3Lab it did'nt cause any bleed-through. 3. Included a placeholder in the part (...) (23 years ago, 6-Feb-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: New Part: 168135s01.dat - Sticker Technic Supercar 4x4x4 Logo

Hi all, (...) I think the height of the box can be 0.2-0.25 LDU (0.2 is the minimum I tested in some LCAD-programs), this is in the near of the real thickness of the stickers. (...) I also have a lot of stickered parts and want to make them, but I (...) (23 years ago, 5-Feb-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)
