The edge lines I put in for Ldraw's and MLcad's sake; they make it easier to see the important features of the cat's face, plus the edge along the bottom I think is important to preserve. (...) I think it's a pretty amazing first part! Nice work. I'm not sure about use of the edge lines on things like the eyes, etc. These get lost when you POV. (...) Sounds like this is not the part number. Many parts have numbers of the form "n nn" or "n-nn" which probably refer to indivudual sites within the injection mould. Only the larger ones have room to include the TLC part number, typically in the (...) (24 years ago, 25-Feb-01, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

For bendable axles and electric wires you could use my bend thingie creator. The axles are the best but the wires aren't that great. What's the easiest way to form bendilble object in the DAT format? I found a utility for hose part 754 but nothing for tubes, hoses in various Technis sets, flexible axles, etc... Is there another utility out there? Also, on a side note, I'm trying (...) (24 years ago, 25-Feb-01, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

I decided to try and do a little work on this part. It is a bit more complete than the mockup. But it is still messy. I am having trouble with the complex panels. (...) OK, let me try to explain. Lars had suggested: (...) Which uses 7 characters in the filename, out of the 8 allowed. I just dedicated the 8th character to N, so we had NN instead.
