I tried it from the browser and it worked fine. Then I just saved it from
ML-CAD. Pretty nice, as for the first time, I didn't have to actually select
MLCAD from my program list. Usually I have to find it for LDraw files.

The initial comments are fine. You may want to add comments where your strings
would attach. I would place those right before or right after the step.
