I downloaded copies of LDraw and MLcad a few days ago, and I've been building digital versions of a few of my models, but I ran into a couple of problems: 1. Using MLcad, I couldn't get (URL) this piece> to close flush to (URL) this piece>. There (...) I've been working on a castle tower for which I need a spiral staircase. Unfortunately, I sold off my HP sets that had the prefab spiral staircase parts, so I had to come up with something myself. Here is what I have so far. In the ldraw file, I (...) (22 years ago, 16-Jun-04, to lugnet.cad.dat.ideas)

I' built a similar bot, but the wheels are free-turning. Additionaly, the wheels are pressed down, so that they always have contact to the floor. It's a soccer bot for the RoboCup Junior event. 0 Untitled 0 ROTATION CENTER 0 0 0 1 "Custom" 0 (...) (22 years ago, 13-Jun-04, to lugnet.cad.dat.ideas)

Hi I saw in the LEGO Mindstorms Web Page that many people made their robots with 2 motors go straight using one rotation sensor on each wheel and stopping the correct motor until both sensors were equal. (...) I'm going to have to agree with Tore on this one. Subfile are useful for repeated patterns and "without faces" parts, to me, your example seems to use subfiles uneccesarily. -Orion (22 years ago, 1-Jan-04, to lugnet.cad.dat.ideas)
