  KNEX pieces in Ldraw?

I have been wondering lately whether this would work (or if it's legal). All someone has to do is create knex pieces in the DAT format, and then you could have a folder called Knex in the parts window in MLCAD. You could even take it as far as (...)   Re: It looks good in VR...

Sorry, but this can't work. Because the 1x2 Tile wouldn't hold on the handles. And the slider would go out of the stator. This is unfortunately a not working switch.   Re: point of view

(...) Actually, lugnet.cad.dat no longer exists as an actual, active group for posting. Now, it's just a placeholder for old posts and a gathering point for the .dat.subgroups. (...) That's pretty neat! I love seeing alternate uses for LDraw. :) (...) (23 years ago, 2-Feb-03, to lugnet.cad.dat.ideas)

  point of view  [DAT]

if cad.dat was somewhat more alive i'd post it there . . . but i hate to disturb the dead. and geek won't accept dat data, so some time ago i bought the book: "how the universe works" (dk, london 1994) it had a table with values to build a model of (...)   MOC Instructions

I'm a long time LEGO collector who tends to build the model from the instructions, display it for a few weeks or months, and then dismantle it, to be reassembled again in a few years. However, I'm _extremely_ impressed with the MOCs at (URL) the (...) (23 years ago, 2-Nov-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.ideas)
