OK! Here is it, My second Part.  This is pretty complete.  I haven't
quite figured out how to do optional lines though.  The end of the file
has a list of surfaces that need optional lines.  I'm still working on
this.  I wanted to get feedback from Part Authors on this part.

There is one inaccuracy in the part, where the stud clearance is, if you
look at the underside of the part, there is a strange little squiggle
shape on each side of the clearance.  I got as close as I could measure
the dimensions of this feature  It's not quite right, but I think it
might be close enough to be acceptable (no flames, please!).  Anyway,
since I'm not sure about this feature, I figured I ask the Real Part
Authors (TM) what they thought.

Also Note, that the rounded corner on this piece is a 1/4 circle, but
that I didn't use the 1-4disc primitive.  My justification for this is
that this piece seems to be intended to be combined with 3063 (macaroni
brick) which also doesn't use the primitive.  I ended up using the same
curve as 3063, so that when you stack them, the curve is continuous.  If
this is unacceptable, please let me know.  I don't want to do any work
on the optional lines until I get a verdict on this.
