Re: Anubis Priest - 4507 alternate model

(...) Thanks, Travis. I downloaded anything available at the parts tracker 'just in case' I needed them while building and then thought I better put the disclaimer in the event that some of the parts were unofficial. Thanks again! ..jg (20 years ago, 8-Feb-07, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

Re: Anubis Priest - 4507 alternate model

(...) Cool alternate model. It opened for me in LDView without errors. LDView did have to download a bunch of unofficial files (38 total, including sub-parts and primitives), but all of them were on the parts tracker. --Travis (20 years ago, 7-Feb-07, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

Anubis Priest - 4507 alternate model  [DAT]

Here's an alternate model for the 4507 Prehistoric Creatures set. Please note it is an .ldr file and may include unofficial parts. Apologies if there are errors, it's been a LONG time since I posted anything here and this is my first MLCad model. 0 (...) (20 years ago, 7-Feb-07, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

Trying to figure out how to make a model...

I've seen alot of cbolego's models (the Metal Slug 5 ones in particular) and I wanted to try making one in MLCad... though I can't figure out how some of the pieces were fitted. In the upper section, it looks like he may have used a few 52107 (...) (20 years ago, 29-Jan-07, to lugnet.cad.dat.ideas)

Re: Should pattern be like we -think- they should be?

(...) Have you counted the ones at the Tracker? (URL) are currently 30 parts or shortcuts with (nedds work) in description line. /Tore (20 years ago, 18-Jan-07, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: Should pattern be like we -think- they should be?

(...) That's why as a part reviewer I try to follow this guidelines and I am much stricter that my own opinion would lead me. Yes, I am for some relaxation of the rules in order to get more "good enough" parts. Philo (20 years ago, 17-Jan-07, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

(...) You're right MAtt, "Only the best is good enough" but "la surqualité est de la non-qualité" (overquality is non-quality) and "le mieux est l'ennemi du bien" (better is enemy of good). Didier (20 years ago, 17-Jan-07, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)
