Uhm, it's the rotation VECTOR I need... The rotation matrix would just screw up the dimensions of the primitive. So does anyone have a program or formula that can give me the rotation vector of a triangle? -NB (21 years ago, 27-Nov-05, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Hi I'm working on a couple of LDraw parts, and need know a way to calculate a rotation matrix that corresponds to a quad (triangle), so that I can place a 1-4 edge.dat on it at the correct angle: Can anyone tell me how to do it? (...) I'd like to point out that it's fairly important not to mis-spell "Unofficial". The reason for this is that programs (such as LDView, and in the future L3P) recognize the "0 Unofficial Part" comment and act accordingly. The won't recognize (...)
