I’d like to point out that it’s fairly important not to mis-spell “Unofficial”.
The reason for this is that programs (such as LDView, and in the future L3P)
recognize the “0 Unofficial Part” comment and act accordingly. The won’t
recognize mis-spelled versions of the comment, though.
In LDView, not recognizing a file as a part leads to the following problems:
- Curve smoothing doesn’t work for the part.
- Seams don’t work for the part.
- Perfomance is potentially degraded.
- Extra memory is used.
So that comment is fairly important.
