I apologize for this delay but I have not come to realize that I can no
longer trust or depend of Brickshelf.  (This statement is mine and not LDraw's)

I believe it's brickshelf's policy to delete executables and unviewable files
automatically.  I think it's trustworthy and dependable if you use it according
to the terms it's meant to be used.

Also could you post the latest complete.exe on that page.  The link there
points to the LDRAW site.

I put the latest version of complete.exe on Peeron:

(...) They have know of the files for several months now. I talked to them prior to uploading them to ensure that they did not get deleted. But alas water under the bridge...
