One of my machines is running Windows 95b, IE 4 (desktop update removed)
with 128MB for RAM, 1600x1200, 16bit color, and I haven't noticed a
problem.
My other machine is Windows 98, 128MB-RAM, 1024x768, 24bit color. Also
no problems.
