How to install and get emacs for win98
I looked at http://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/windows/
and went to ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/windows/emacs/latest
What should I download for installing this Emacs?

LDraw-Mode for EMacs.  You will need EMacs for what ever OS you are using and
Frederick's .el file.  Frederick's web page is :
http://www.math.uio.no/~fredrigl/technic/ldraw-mode/index.html.  Give it a try
and if you have any trouble, give me a ring.
