    Re: Colors —Steve Bliss
(...) General answer: question #27 in the LDraw FAQ, (URL). (...) I don't think that color is mentioned in the FAQ. Do you mean the teal/turquoise like is used in the CyberSlam/Competition sets? I'd go with dark cyan for that one, even though it's (...) (26 years ago, 11-Jan-99, to lugnet.cad)

        Re: Colors —Jeff Boen
(...) hey steve.. just curious.. we had all discussed it before, and after this week of trying out the beta modeler i was feeling the need once again... are you going to throw in a color chart as a part of LDAO??? so we don't have to fiegn a "make (...)          Re: Colors —Steve Bliss
(...) That is affirmative. There will be a color chart tool in LDAO 2.0.1. I've got a basic window that pops up, but I need to enhance it, so it can generate a new chart on-demand (in case color definitions change). Steve (26 years ago, 13-Jan-99, to lugnet.cad)

Err... but I'm already using the color chart tool in LDAO ! It's in the Tools->Make Catalog menu option! ... or am I dreaming? Laurentino Martins *<||:-) (...) (26 years ago, 13-Jan-99, to lugnet.cad)

         Re: Colors —Steve Bliss
(...) A number of people use that window for color reference, and some have asked me to add a separate page for just color information. Apparently, they clicked the "Generate" button, when they really just wanted to close the window. Steve (26 years ago, 14-Jan-99, to lugnet.cad)

        Re: Colors —Laurentino Martins
Until proof of the contrary, I'm making the CyberMaster with color 291 and it's pretty close! Check out in my WEB page: (URL) Martins *<||:-) (...) (26 years ago, 13-Jan-99, to lugnet.cad)

        Re: Colors —Steve Bliss
(...) Your statement above sounds like you are hard-coding color #291 into the part-file for the CyberMaster RCX (or whatever the brick is called). Don't do this. Instead, make the main body of the CyberMaster unit with color #16 (any line or (...) (26 years ago, 13-Jan-99, to lugnet.cad)

        Re: Colors —Laurentino Martins
(...) Hum... I not sure I understood. First, because it's not a part file: It's a model. OK, it's a model that pretends being to be part file ;-) As someone already called it, it's a "Mock-Up". I just don't have the time to build a part file from (...) (26 years ago, 13-Jan-99, to lugnet.cad)

        Re: Colors —Steve Bliss
(...) Right. LDraw itself doesn't differentiate between parts and models. That's just a convenience for us humans. (...) Sorry, I misunderstood. I was under the impression that you were going to work on a 'real' part-file. So the rest of this post (...) (26 years ago, 14-Jan-99, to lugnet.cad)
