Mmm, they remind me a bit to a Panama Wheel, a device for opening lock doors.
It got this name because its first use was on the locks of the Panama canal.
But I'm afraid that name isn't recognised ouside a very limited group of
specialists. How about:
32311 "Beam (size) Offset with 2 Cogged Quadrants"
> 32324: Uhh, Technic Brick 4x4 with Holes, probably.
Could we make that:
32324 "Technic Brick 4 x 4 Hollow with Holes"
> 32308: Either a "Technic Connector Block" or "Technic Beam Fork".
I like fork, it looks like one. How about:
32308 "Technic Beam Fork with 3 Fingers"
