Hi I have begun walking down the lego modelling and raytracing path. I am
modelling up a few items in LEOCAD, and I would like to render them. I have
installed POVRAY and require the converting files.
Q. Am I correct in needing the L2P.exe (LGEO programme) file as leocad
suggests? If so where can I download this program as the ChariotX website is
currently down.

| (...) You can choose wether you want to use L2P and the LGEO library (download from eg. www.ldraw.org) _or_ L3P (LGEO and L3P can be combined, but I wouldn't suggest this to a newbie.). L2P and L3P are not related, but the names are a bit confusing, (...) (24 years ago, 7-Aug-00, to lugnet.cad)

| (...) No, LeoCAD doesn't need any external programs to save POV files but if you have LGEO installed, it can use it to create higher quality renderings (L2P.exe is never used, everything is done internally). I'd recommend you to have LGEO, as each (...) (24 years ago, 7-Aug-00, to lugnet.cad)
