Well, lessee.  The baseplates with painted studs come in 6071, 6079 (just a
few), 6090, 6260/6265, 6270, 6278/6281 (again, just a few), 6410, 6411, 6414.
There may be more in other themes that I haven't spotted.  If you're thinking
about other non-planar surfaces, minifig legs and those snowplow things on race
cars come to mind, as well as curved surfaces.  Stickers are often applied to
non-planar surfaces too.
