Ah, it sounds like it's not an NT issue, but a system issue. But it is partially my fault. The install program is probably set to always update the various system files (the default, and incorrect, setting). I will make sure the install procedure (...) (26 years ago, 30-Nov-98, to lugnet.cad)

(...) Well, yeah, I kinda figured that. :( I had some suggestions for running LDAO without going through the complete install process, but they included things like registering system files in locations other than the actual Windows\System (...) (26 years ago, 30-Nov-98, to lugnet.cad)
