Installation procedure fails because file Oleaut32.dll cannot be opened.
Suppose the admin doesn't allow this.

| Ah, it sounds like it's not an NT issue, but a system issue. But it is partially my fault. The install program is probably set to always update the various system files (the default, and incorrect, setting). I will make sure the install procedure (...) (26 years ago, 30-Nov-98, to lugnet.cad)
