You need the latest version (3.3) of MLCad to support LDCondig.ldr. My hint,
install it separate from other versions (do not overwrite your existing version)
as you maybe run into problems with the current version. That problems are
already discussed here on Lugnet.

| (...) Just put it in your ldraw folder where you have the subfolders \parts and \p. In MLCad you have to set this folder in the settings - General - change... submenu. On the tab "General" you have to specify again that folder. That's it. cu (...) (15 years ago, 5-Apr-10, to lugnet.cad)
