I'll see what I can do. Files with many dependencies that need to be released
together often take the longest because just one un-certified file in the
dependency chain can hold up the whole batch.
I'll tidy up the headers with admin edits, but there are also some outstanding
renames to be done here, so if you can wait a few days before using the
unofficial parts, please do so.
