Philo has test driven it some.  He is welcome to share his experiences.

In a word: quite good! Even if some work remain to be done, it already
shows a
great potential.

After you open a LDraw file, you just have to setup your instructions size
and
resolution with contextual menus, then browse your instructions on screen.
Fine
tuning position of elements in the page can be done simply by dragging
them.
Condensing several steps in one page is a snap too. When you are done, you
can
save your work as a ldraw file with embedded LPub metacommands, and
generate a
PDF of your instructions.

Wow!  That sounds really awesome, I am looking forward to checking it out.

It sounds like a dream coming true!
I too am looking forward to it. It would be great if you could use multiple
languages. I for one am most willing to do a Dutch version.

Jaco

Hi Jaco,
It is written in C++ and uses the Qt libraries.  This means it should be
available on all platforms, and translatable to other languages.
