You should not use the windows international settings and use the dot as
a decimal separator. That's the DAT standard!
In Portugal we use the comma as standard decimal separator, but I don't
search-replace all the DAT files for dots and replace for commas before
using! I use the DOT, of course. You should use the dot in all
circumstances.
