I have a few suggestions:

The ISD.

8466, the 4x4 Off Roader.  Not large part-wise but in terms of file size it's
the largest file I have.

And finally for sheer rediculusness, try out Datsville.  I can't render it in
POV-Ray because POV-Ray can't address enough memory for it.  LDView will render
it but very, very slowly.
