I apologize if this is a oft asked question: but where is the best place to
learn how to create a non-official part? I'm specifically looking to make rings
of specific inch/mm sizes. What I found on LDraw seemed to go over my head, nor
can I figure out how much inch/mm on LDU is equal to. Maybe I'm looking too hard
and overlooking info. Help???

(...) I'm not sure there's one place to go for help. You should probably start by reading the LDraw file format spec on ldraw.org. After that, you pretty much need to dive in and start playing around with some files. However, I can tell you that 1 (...) (18 years ago, 29-Aug-06, to lugnet.cad)

First I want to thank you all for helping. Second I need to clarify somethings in my original post: I'm looking to make MLCad usable rings of wire. What I was directed to was spot on, if I had asked for that sort of rings. That was my mistake, not (...) (18 years ago, 29-Aug-06, to lugnet.cad)
