Sorry to take over 2 years to answer this, but I never visit lugnet.cad.....
Only the recent posts to this thread made me view the entire thread.
All solid stud windows are otherwise identical to the "long ledge" variety, and
that includes the holes in top.
However, the solid stud doors (right and left handle) have a door knob or handle
that is larger than those of all later classic doors.
In the future, if you crosspost any classic window/door questions to
Lugnet.general, your response will be much more timely! :-)
