As I dont have any solid-stud classic windows, can anyone please clarify whether
these had the "top holes" between the outer pair of studs, to hold the glass in
place.

| (...) Sorry to take over 2 years to answer this, but I never visit lugnet.cad..... Only the recent posts to this thread made me view the entire thread. All solid stud windows are otherwise identical to the "long ledge" variety, and that includes the (...) (19 years ago, 20-Apr-06, to lugnet.cad)
