Hi Willy,
I thought that might be the case that I still wasn't a member. I have filled out
that form at least twice already (and a third time just now). Still can't vote
:(

| (...) I accept this as a formal request to join the organization, that you agree to the bylaws ... and added you manually to the member chart. login again and try voting (and if it doesn't work wait the requested "30 min to allow the system to (...) (19 years ago, 27-Mar-06, to lugnet.cad)
