Are those the correct wheels? My own 120 and 125 sets,
bought in 1970, had smooth hubs, I'm sure of that. Maybe
the original 1969 release had the ribbed hubs? (I have
never seen ribbed hubs on spoked wheels in real life.)

| (...) All spoked wheels LEGO released had smooth hubs and ten spokes. When LEGO switched from studded wheels to spoked wheels LEGO made prototypes with ribbed hubs and twelve spokes. These prototype wheels were used in lots of photographs for set (...) (20 years ago, 15-Mar-05, to lugnet.cad)
