Have any of you ever tried (and succeeded in) making a video of legos putting themselves together to form one set or another? I would really like to do this. I've started by just finding all the pictures I can of pieces I'm going to use. Anyone one (...) (25 years ago, 9-Dec-99, to lugnet.cad)

I'm working on a largish DAT file, and I'd like to post it when I get it completed. Is there a limit, etiquette-based or otherwise, on how large a DAT we can post here? Would it be okay instead to post a link to the DAT in cad.dat-files? Dave! (25 years ago, 9-Dec-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

(...) Maybe we could all donate our old computers to ldraw.org, and establish a rendering server farm. :) That *might* work OK for doing a lot of renderings of small scenes, but probably wouldn't be very helpful for big scenes. I don't know that (...) (25 years ago, 9-Dec-99, to lugnet.cad)
