  Re: Google Code branch

I received a reply from Mike G. and he said that we could use his models, and that he would update all his models with a compatible software license. You can see in the image below that SNOT roads create a lot more options when it comes to designing (...) (12 years ago, 20-Jan-12, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

Re: LDView and snapshots (Windows 7 64bit)

(...) I'm experiencing similar phenomena on Vista 64-bit. Not sure if it's actually related... I have my own app for generating instructions, which does batch rendering using LDView. I noticed that for rendering images of individual parts, it was (...) (12 years ago, 19-Jan-12, to lugnet.cad)

  Re: *** MLCad V3.40 ***

(...) But it is also a challenge to the "home owners". Now I feel I have to think about how to integrate my houses better with the new streets; adding paths, driveways with ramps, and other details. Play well, Jacob (12 years ago, 16-Jan-12, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

  Re: Google Code branch

Re: Removed BFC in LDView 4.1

  Removed BFC in LDView 4.1

I've installed the LDView 4.1 and found that BFC is removed from the toolbar (see the LDView history at (URL) I can see the BFC only if I choose it in the geometry preferences or in a preference set. What's the reason for the removal? Is there a (...) (12 years ago, 9-Jan-12, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Re: Datsville needs trees!

  Datsville needs trees!

Datsville needs some more trees. It has some already but they are very basic. A greater variety would be good. Anyone want to model some? (12 years ago, 9-Jan-12, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

  Re: Google Code branch

I also think it would be nice to use the SNOT roads found here: (URL) I don't think the distribution license is compatible. (12 years ago, 9-Jan-12, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

  Re: Google Code branch

I've uploaded a seventh revision. (URL) decided that some of the buildings I made were simply to large, so I made smaller versions. There's also a new tree model and a radio tower (which needs to get moved to somewhere better). I'm no longer able to (...) (12 years ago, 9-Jan-12, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

  Re: *** MLCad V3.40 ***

  Re: RPG Maker tests...

In this example, you can walk around the map and look at the buildings, but there are no quests or dialogue as of yet. I was able to implement the "parallaxing" so the representation of Datsville is much closer to reality. You can download the (...) (12 years ago, 8-Jan-12, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  RPG Maker tests...

I've been doing some tests using RPG Maker for a Datsville-related role-playing game. (URL) got the camera and lighting to work OK, but will need to learn how to do something called "parallaxing" in order to get a closer representation of Datsville. (...)   Re: I want to put .dat files into SolidWorks

Re: I want to put .dat files into SolidWorks

Some further progress. It turns out that I was able to convert a .DAT file to .STL with LDView & import it into SolidWorks, but it further turned out that, once I'd imported an .STL file into SolidWorks, I couldn't do very much with it. I can't mate (...) (13 years ago, 25-Oct-11, to lugnet.cad)
