(...) That's right. L3P also passes comment lines (line type 0) on to the POV code, but there's currently no disclaimer at the top. The coming release has this line at the top: // LDraw.org: (URL) (16 years ago, 25-Jun-08, to lugnet.cad.dev)

(...) A few things. First of all, both the LDraw file format and the POV file format support hierarchical compositions, so I think it's a good idea to leave things in their original hierarchy. (...) Actually, LDView will run on a clean Windows 98 install (as well as anything since then). I think it will run on a clean Windows 95 install, but it might not; my test virtual machine for old OS support is Win 98. --Travis (16 years ago, 25-Jun-08, to lugnet.cad)

(...) Thanks for that, I'll have a play. I suspect that the problem is likely to be the latest version of the graphics card driver! I tend to keep stuff up to date and LDView certainly worked in the past on this hardware (might have been a previous (...) (16 years ago, 25-Jun-08, to lugnet.cad)

Hello all, I have been busy with POV-Ray export for LD4DStudio now and then for about two weeks now. It comes along quite nicely, but the results can be better. I am no POV-Ray expert so I'm looking for some tips from experienced users. An example (...) (16 years ago, 25-Jun-08, to lugnet.cad.dev)
