I'm working on a rendering that will feature surface detail on a sphere, similar to the way a cylinder (of opposing color) would intersect that sphere. At the moment, I'm using this basic format: #declare thingie = union { intersection { cylinder (...) (21 years ago, 19-Sep-03, to lugnet.cad.ray)

I have done lots of editing of non-native English speakers for various LEGO books and I can say that awkward translations by the original author to English (...) Don, thanks for including the .cad group; I don't keep up w/ the .mlcad group. I agree that there's just not a lot of publicity for the Linux flavor of tools. I've been using the LDraw tools since late 1999. I didn't realize the benefit of LDView (...) (21 years ago, 19-Sep-03, to lugnet.cad)
