| (...) I *believe* it compiles the list based on what's in C:\LDraw\PARTS\, so if you add parts to this directory, yes. He'd have to cut out the undesireables each time because of this fact. If you put unofficial parts in there (or in my case, I put (...) (21 years ago, 14-May-03, to lugnet.cad)

| (...) I've added parts to PARTS.LST, and I've placed the DAT files for the new parts with the standard parts. Will my new parts still be in PARTS.LST if I download a parts update and re-compile PARTS.LST? Is the list generated from the parts on-hand (...) (21 years ago, 14-May-03, to lugnet.cad)

| (...) The hard way: Open the file C:\LDraw\PARTS.LST. Find the entries you don't want, and manually remove them. You won't see them on the parts list in any LDraw-based program you use, but if you're never going to use them...it'll work. (note, each (...) (21 years ago, 14-May-03, to lugnet.cad)
