(...) The main advantage would be saving a few bytes of file space. Which is most significant to the download process, since we've got about 3MB of data, between ldraw.exe and complete.exe. Ok, here is an MPD of the set i posted earlier. My first DAT had no wings! (thanks Tore) So it looks like I had to do an MPD file. Here it is. I went ahead and added the rest of the set. however it is still incomplete because the small car is (...) (23 years ago, 24-May-01, to lugnet.cad.dat.models.sets)

(...) Oh, I got it to work. It's extremely difficult to catch the cube face you want and double click it though. Some nice LCAD models hidden in there. Ignored the rude looking inks at the bottom. Has anyone stumbled across a program (or Max script) to convert DAT files to 3DS or OBJ? There's no hassle converting to DXF first and importing them, just time consuming, and the meshes don't always end up how I envisage them. ie - The normals get (...) Hi Everyone, This is my first time posting to these groups, but I am searching for a MLCAD part file for the arctic style walls that have the window in them.
