  Optional lines ... brain ache!
 
I want to complete my Darth Maul head but I'm having trouble visualising how optional lines work. The FAQ on Ldraw.org is extremely vague, and looking at other heads in MLCad I can't see how the optional lines work. I can't run Ldraw/Ledit on my NT (...) (24 years ago, 4-May-01, to lugnet.cad)

(...) It's a poor mans's anti aliasing technique. You simply render the image with wide edge lines at 300% and then scale it down by a factor of three. The result has the effect of anti aliasing. Here's an example: (URL) has the option of rendering (...) (24 years ago, 4-May-01, to lugnet.cad)

Turn off that annoying "Hide extensions of known file types" option in Folder Options (or something similar) Windows 95/98/etc doesn't seem to care how long file extensions are (*.html, for example), three letters is just the norm. However when observing it the gold-faced Explorien version, it should be noted that it has a black face with gold features, on a Clear surface, leaving one with (...)
