Several people have in the last year reported problems with getting access to www.ldraw.org. The reason for this problem appears to be that the default "time-to-live" (TTL) for TCP packets is too low. I have now recieved confirmation that this is (...) Michael www.ldraw.org has sort of started trying to do this. The biggest problem they are running with is attempting to provide a standard naming format. IMOP ldraw or lugnet should be the place to hold these instructions you have. I too have some (...) (24 years ago, 29-Apr-01, to lugnet.cad.dat.ideas)
