Yup, you sure are correct. In fact, there is 30388p01 and p02 that should be 30387 and there is no 30387 without a pattern on it. Well, All you have to do is replace Yellow with "Main-Color". I have been weighing that problem. Weather to make the part the color that TLG made it, like the Star Wars parts that only have that pattern on a certain color, or to let a person choose (...) (...) Sounds like it's a problem in your code to handle type-1 lines. Could you post some images of the problem renders? (...) You can't completely sort polygons by z-order -- some polygons cross each other in z-depth. Are you using a z-buffer to (...) (24 years ago, 26-Mar-01, to lugnet.cad)

I've been messing with some VB code to read DAT files and draw them on the screen, and have been surprised at how quickly I managed to pull it together (esp. after spending some time poring over the LDraw FAQ trying to work out the transformation (...) (24 years ago, 26-Mar-01, to lugnet.cad)
