I'm not sure if I understand the syntax of the "ROTATION" keyword.
But this part looks like it has a "Custom" rotation centre in the
origin. Why does it need that? Shouldn't the origin be the default
rotation centre anyway?
I also wonder which programs use this information and which resources
document the format?
