I'm not sure if I understand the syntax of the "ROTATION" keyword.

origin.  Why does it need that?  Shouldn't the origin be the default
rotation centre anyway?

I also wonder which programs use this information and which resources
document the format?

MLCad puts this info into parts/models and can make use of it, but I don't
think it's intelligent enough to remove the rotation meta command if it's
the origin (sorry Michael, it's a great program, honest!).
