Re: "2001: A Lego Odyssey" - A New Lego Movie!

(...) To make the 17th reply, YOUR MOVIE IS AWESOME!   Re: Duplo parts?

(...) Take a 3001 (Brick 4x2) and put a 3437 (Duplo Brick 2 x 2) on top. The 3001's studs end at 4 LDU from the edge, and The Duplo brick fits perfectly well on top, and it ends where the 3001 ends. So the Duplo wall must be exactly 4 LDU. Also note (...) (24 years ago, 4-Jan-01, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Re: Duplo parts?

... (...) Regarding this and the wall thickness, I don't have an instrument to accurately measure. I actually scaled the model up on my computer screen until the body matched, then compared the stud height, holding a brick to the screen. I'd love it (...)   Re: POV difference in LDraw?

Well.... I'm making AutoCAD blocks of all the pieces, so that if it has been "created in memory" from before, I just insert it at the apropriate place (x y and z from the dat file). So far, so good. Now... I need to Rotate/Scale it.... To do this in (...) (24 years ago, 3-Jan-01, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Re: Real monolith

(...) Yeah, I watched that on the local evening news. Wait a second, this thing pops up in Seattle (location of SEALUG) days after Mark Sandlin disappears for a week. Did Mark, or some other member of SEALUG make this? If so, please come forward! (...)   Re: Line Thickness and Antialiasing in LdGLite 0.7.3

(...) You're right, it doesn't save a file, but it only seems to be a problem with the ldlite parser. Try copying the executable to l3glite.exe and running it, or add -l3 to the commandline to use the l3 parser for now whenever you want to use the (...) Michael Heinich <mheinich@yahoo.com> wrote in message news:G6LG5t.LM5@lugnet.com... (...) There usually aren't enough models to have any real competition in the categories.
