(...) This is _not_ a quarter ring of inner radius nine (9). This is a quarter ring of inner radius eighteen (18) and _outer_ radius twenty (20). All of the ring primitives (and the cone primitives as well) have an _outer_ radius of "[inner radius (...) (24 years ago, 30-Nov-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts.primitives)

I see three reasons why this argument may be flawed, but I think we are confusing the meaning of subpart. 1) The Pxx number are all two digits, so 973p4.dat should never exist. 2) The same pattern on a part varient would be demand a suffix for (...) (24 years ago, 29-Nov-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)
