  Re: MLCAD rotation (future request)

(...) The original definition for MPD states that data before the first 0 FILE statement will be ignored. This is because it was assumed that MPD streams would appear mostly in e-mail messages with included DAT content. Something like: ===...=== Hi! (...) (24 years ago, 17-Aug-00, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

  Re: MLCAD rotation (future request)

(...) But an include function is different from a subfile function. Basically, anything in a subfile is scoped to that subfile, and doesn't exist outside of the subfile. Yet another reason for a 0 INCLUDE (or 0 MACRO) meta-statement. Steve (24 years ago, 17-Aug-00, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

  Re: UPDATED Part - 30200 Windscreen 6 x 6 Octagonal Canopy Base

(...) Nice job! Do you mind if we put this part in the Cockpit category? It fits better there. Steve (24 years ago, 17-Aug-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: Excessive(?) use of Sub-parts (Was: New Part - 30200 Windscreen...)

(...) Well, until the voting page is up, I won't say absolutely not. But I've got a bit of a backlog now (after moving/kids to camp/week at the lake/etc.), and I am seriously trying to get to a point where I can post the voting page. So if I get a (...)   Re: More newbie questions

(...) I don't think the file extension will effect the actual functionality of the file. Well, maybe if you called a DAT an MPD, things would act a little weird. So, if you don't know the exact file type, try DAT. (...) The file-type isn't (...) (24 years ago, 17-Aug-00, to lugnet.cad)

  Re: questions about parts

(...) There are a few links on the www.ldraw.org site to unofficial parts (but I'm not sure how up-to-date these links are). Probably the best place to find files is at (URL). (...) Sure. You can either put them in your ldraw/models/ directory or in (...) (24 years ago, 17-Aug-00, to lugnet.cad)

  Re: Downloading DAT files

It's relatively simple: Just right-click and choose "save target as" and use the pull-down menu on the screen to select "All file types" and name your model anyway you like and make the extension ".dat" If you have now idea what to do with what I (...) (24 years ago, 17-Aug-00, to lugnet.cad)

  Downloading DAT files

This post is in follow up to some others that have been sent recently. It has to do with the DAT files that people post here. Why is it that they only appear as ldraw.cgi? I would like to know how I can get these parts with a .dat extension as (...) (24 years ago, 17-Aug-00, to lugnet.cad)

Re: partial archive of colored parts online

(...) Cool. Might be nice to run with shading turned on.. or maybe not. It does add a lot in many cases but subtracts in some. ++Lar (24 years ago, 17-Aug-00, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade, lugnet.cad)
