  turntable display base
 
The black turntable (1.25"diameter -12 stud) placed on the 2 4x4 green plates, all found in the $1.99 Defense Archer poly bag #4811 makes a very nice display stand for a favorite figure. I have the Fabuland Lion holding the lion shield on this set (...) (24 years ago, 1-Apr-00, to lugnet.build.minifigs, lugnet.castle, lugnet.fabuland) !

I get some scratches but they're unnoticable from as much as 20 cm away... unless you stick your eye on it, it's pretty obsecure. <Uck... gory visions of me taking my eye out (...) Just wanted to let y'all know that sup pack 5393 is still available! It has lots'o'goodies, not to mention one each of shoulder-length hair in black, brown and red! (...) Another BV hairpiece you can use with the braids in the top hole is the hairbow. I tried this, and it looked very good. I've also used a dragon plume turned to the side, in the back hole as a fancy hair comb. -L (25 years ago, 17-Mar-00, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

I started playing "M:tG" when it first came out. I even wrote up and submitted an expansion for it (WOTC turned me down, though...). Hi CJ, Urza sounds cool and if you make him I'd love to have a cross-over story to get some majickal items for my characters... Are you going to make an ice age? Hi CJ, (...) Well, the Xacto does leave marks. It's probably most useful for small, detailed removals and not total-print remover. Brasso... or any petroleum based (non pumice) hand cleaner used for cleaning greasy hands. GoJo and Fast Orange used to make something like this- I'm not sure if they still do. Turpentine also works... EC (25 years ago, 10-Mar-00, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

Hi Everyone, I have been trying to take off some of the print on some of my minifigs to try and put my own custom logo on them. i have tried the many ways some people here on lugnet have suggested and here are the results.... 1.X-acto knife- I tried (...)
