Nice! Lots of great detail. I don't think the canopy looks out of place at all, but if you replaced the blue canopy with a clear transparent one (if you have one) I think it would work a lot better with the colour scheme. (...) Yes. The real thing is balanced by the gun. In fact, when the gun is removed, a series of large heavy plates are put in its place for just that reason. I worked F-16 weapons for the 57 FWW. Nice to see the good ole Thunderbolt II!!!!! Sad it's in technic form, no dismembered minifigs from the cannon on front. :P Does the seat really slide in? that makes a neat ejection system. the rotating machine gun is good too.
