But in this case, I've got somthing to say.

I like this.

I really like sci-fi helos.  I've built one and a half so far, the second
one got scraped for something more urgent.  The first one was created with a
collection of less than three thousand pieces, so it didn't look much like
what I had wanted.

Your Loiterer incorporates all sorts of stuff that is just...cool.

Thank you Kirby! I'm glad you like it.

The landing gear seem to be the dessert of the MOC, a great inovation, of
course I could have missed someone elses use of pullys-for-landing, but I
don't think so.

Actually, now that I remember, Tim Courtney used them on his [1] Harrier LEGO
model. When I was building this, I went through many different ideas, and then
finally grabbed those zip-line pieces... The seem just perfect as wheels; plus
they were my only choice. ;-)

I also like the anti-mech idea.

I've been building some anti-mech units myself but it's not very cost
effective for me to convert my pics to disk for uploading to brickshelf.
It's nice to see someone else building anti-mech units while I wait for
money to grow on trees.

Well, I hope to see your stuff, whenever you are able to photograph it.

Great job!

Thanks again Kirby!

Inspired by:
Russian Hind D
helicopters seen in Patlabor 2
NOTAR helicopters
AH-1 Cobra (sorta...)

The "Loiterer" utilizes [1] NOTAR technology, therefore it needs no tail • rotor.
Also, it DOES have retractable landing gear. Just wanted to get those two
things staight... ;-)

Enjoy!
