Anthony -- I really like this idea. Partly because I've always thought that the
Principality of Sealand was a rather ambitious and creative idea based on a
British line of defenses from WWII.

Granted, your idea is more akin to the original British idea than Sealand.. but
it's still the same facility. :)
I really like your design. It's very solid looking and has a good weathered look
with the varried color gray bricks. It certainly has an all-business feel with
that large cannon and the multitude of other weapons.
Just be careful if one of your crews decides they like it TOO much in their safe
tower and try to break off from your nation while claiming sovereignty. ;)
