Re: Small update on my Military Aircraft MOCs

I have just completed an ABS-version of Bryce F-14. Bryce kindly provided me with the dat-file. Pictures of this impressive model are in my non-digital camera and will hopefully be on brickshelf by the end of next week. Bryce F-14 is really a (...)   Re: Small update on my Military Aircraft MOCs

Hey Dave, thanks for your comments. The F-14 is my single favorite airplane and I spent more time and effort on that MOC than on any other, so I'm glad that it shows. I can honestly say that your suggestion of the Avro Arrow is truly unique. I'm (...) (22 years ago, 9-May-02, to lugnet.build.military)

  Re: Sidebar Updates?

(...) I think he is! ... with a little help from the readership of course. He *is* the curator of .build.military after all. :-) I just scoped out what changes he did already and they look good. Stylistically we chose different highlighting and so (...) (22 years ago, 9-May-02, to lugnet.build.military, lugnet.admin.curators)

Re: Small update on my Military Aircraft MOCs

(...) These are all absolutely stunning MOCS! I don't know much about jets, but the images fit what I know the real thing to be. I've seen Top Gun (a few times ;) ) and your F14 is dead on. This one is a little obscure, but I would love to see the (...) (22 years ago, 9-May-02, to lugnet.build.military)

Re: Small update on my Military Aircraft MOCs

Thanks for your comments Magnus. You are absoultely right about the A-4 and the F-4. Both are good looking aircraft and both are models that I have planned out to a pretty good extent. I really do want to do some aircraft of that era though. (...) (22 years ago, 9-May-02, to lugnet.build.military)

  Sidebars Links, MMOTM, et. al.

Ugh, I'd almost finished a full post when *crash*. Let's try this again! (...) Done and done. I also added a link to Richard Parson's escort carrier, as suggested. These are links that shoudl have been added a while ago, even. For example, I've (...) (22 years ago, 9-May-02, to lugnet.build.military)

Re: Small update on my Military Aircraft MOCs

Bryce, awesome stuff, I didn't realise you had added so many recently! I used to build a fair ammount of warplanes, although they usually weren't modelled n specific real life ones, and know how hard it can be to get them just right. I am quite (...)   Not to reply to my own message or anything but...

...while I was waiting for the message authentication e-mail for my previous post, I opend MLCAD and before you know it I was smacked upside the head by the LEGO muse. Therefore my recently completed Mirage 2000 MOC is not included in the update (...) (22 years ago, 9-May-02, to lugnet.build.military)

  Re: Brickshelf sitings

(...) Thanks Gary. I'm glad that you liked them. I had posted an announcement that I had updated my brickshelf folder of military aircraft, but in between writing the message and authenticating the message you did it for me.   Re: At the risk of seeming immodest...

(...) I don't think you are. In fact, I'll second it (or first it, if you're not allowed to). I absolutely love that JMSDF UH-60! So: ADD BRYCE PLEASE. There, it's official, and from someone completely without any tinge of egotism whatsoever. And (...) (22 years ago, 9-May-02, to lugnet.build.military)

Small update on my Military Aircraft MOCs

Hey everybody, I've posted a small update to my modern military aircraft MOC collection.   Re: Sidebar Updates?

(...) I'm not aware of much that needs to be updated. However, I would suggest adding Richard Parsons's escort carrier (which is on a subset of his Port Block page, indexed at .pirates) at the very least. (...) Hey, not a bad idea. I still need to (...)   Sidebar Updates?

Hi all, In case you haven't caught it lately, there's been a good deal of furor in some of the other groups about curatorship, page maintenance, etc. I wanted to solicit peoples' ideas and/or feedback regarding the .build.military sidebar.   Re: New Battle Carrier: HMS Venerable
