  Re: More Gundam 06 pics

(...) In earlier designs I had worm gears controlling the outward leg movement but I found them to be unnecessary. Instead the shock absorber pushes the leg out until a tire bump stop at the top hits the hip frame. The vertical force of the mecha's (...) (23 years ago, 27-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) Thanks. More pictures... when I update my website, I'm a couple of chapters behind in my story line primarily because I was running out of JPEG image storage on AOL, but now I'll use links to brickshelf JPEGs and just store HTML on AOL. "K" (23 years ago, 27-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Cool Chris, very cool... I really like the articulation you put into this mecha. I have yet to master, or even begin to learn and understand, that fine "art". ;-) The weapons are neat too; that blade is positioned perfectly, a la Gundam Heavy Arms. (...)
