| Nice Mecha. It looks a lot like one of the Gundam Mobile Suits from Gundam Wing (especally the sword). I'm just a beginner though;-) Dan P.S. The name should be something scary in Latin like Deus Ex Machina or Hades (I know thats not latin) (...) (24 years ago, 20-Apr-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

| | OT: Cheap Gundam at TRU
|
| I just picked up two deluxe transforming Gundam mechs from TRU. They were each $15 bucks although they usually retail for $30. Just thought you guys would like to know in case you wanted some extra mecha inspiration or just more toys. The packaging (...) (23 years ago, 19-Nov-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

| Hi Dave. The reason all of this has gotten cheaper and more available is the promotion linked to Gundam Wing, which has been showing on Cartoon Network. Bandai America is now licensed to release a whole bunch o' GW merchandise in the States now. You (...) (24 years ago, 28-Sep-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

| | Gundam models @ TRU
|
| Not quite on-topic, but I thought it was worth mentioning. My local TRU has a bunch of smallish Gundam model kits for sale @ about $8.00. I know almost nothing about mecha, so I can't give name/style details, but I was surprised to see them at all. (...) (24 years ago, 28-Sep-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)
