  New Female Mecha

Hi all, I haven't posted for some time, but I've finally finished a new mecha design. It's actually a prototype for some future designs that I have in mind. I think you'll find it quite interesting, not only in form, but in posability. I don't know (...) (23 years ago, 20-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) Really, I love it! Any chance of construction/joint details so that I can make my own? *smiles* /Tobbe (URL) (23 years ago, 20-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: New Female Mecha

(...) Very interesting! I would advise that you not confine this MOC to the category of "Mecha" - This is an all around very creative MOC, which could have appeal outside of our arena. As for it's posability, I am very impressed by the posability (...) (23 years ago, 20-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: New Female Mecha

Amazing posability. One minor thing that bugged me about it though, were the proportions. For a lego fembot, the hips might need to be a little wider relative to the shoulders. Image 8 points this out pretty clearly to me. She's pretty triangular, (...) (23 years ago, 21-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) Hey Dave, Whoa! H-e-l-l-o! This is one of the more freakiest things I've seen! I really mean that as a compliment!! Really! It's weird though, my brain is filling in all of the info and telling me that your MOC is real (human) but at the same (...) (23 years ago, 21-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) Nice, um, proportions and, ah, poses. But paw, she's nekkid! Quiet down son, your maw might hear. A very sleek, beautiful design... Paw! Can't ya see I'm busy here son. What's this!?!! (...) Oh... oh... oh wow! This is my fave mech of the year! No, really! And only for the same reasons I like any other mech-- no really! Super poseability, excellent attention to form.... and sassy! Probably I won't have any details or instructions, you'll just have to study the photos. I didn't use any ball joints, or thowbot/bionicle parts. All multi axis joints are using the part I call the hinged technic peg. You can see that part pretty (...) (23 years ago, 21-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: New Female Mecha

I set the proportions for an anime/comic book figure, not necessarily reality, though I think she has a decent hourglass figure as is. I think there are a couple of proportion problems, in that the feet are a bit too large as compared to the head, (...) (23 years ago, 21-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)
